When you give your inner world attention, care and love, amazing things happen.

Your inner world is where you live. It dictates how you experience life. Of course you interact with external factors, people, things etc… but it’s inside where everything happens. If you think life is a battle, it’s going to feel like one.

Your inner world can be a complex world. It can feel messy, busy, overwhelming, confusing, scary and exhausting.

While holding on to frustrations and grievances from the past negatively influences how you behave to loved ones, friends, colleagues, and yourself.

You can feel completely stuck in a life you didn’t choose and don’t enjoy.

To get to a place where you’re no longer haunted by difficulties from your past, or to not get overwhelmed with anxiety about what the future holds, seems too good to be true.

I thought that too, until I started using mindfulness tools and mindsets.

I was at a point where didn’t want to be me anymore. I didn’t want to die but I wasn’t enjoying being alive either. I felt trapped in my own brain. It was scary, miserable and frustrating.

I had fallen out of love with my business a couple of years earlier and had no clue what else to do. Or who I was without it. I was crying a lot, not knowing why and I just felt lost, sad and helpless.

On paper, my life was great. I had a lovely husband, family, friends, we’d just finished renovating our house which I loved organising, and we lived in a sweet little town by the sea. You’d be forgiven for wondering what all the fuss was about.

But up until that point I’d been living as if someone else was running my life. I wasn’t aware or conscious of who I was, what I wanted, what was important to me, or what made me happy.

I wasn’t present to my own life.

How it Works

I use my unique blend of applied mindfulness and transformational coaching to help you to make peace with your past, live well in the present and be able to cope with anything life throws at you.

The time we spend together is supportive, educational, motivating, inspiring, and I hold you accountable to your commitments, with empathy, of course.

This work is meaningful and transformative, if you’re willing to feel a little discomfort on the journey. Because no personal growth happens without it. It’s through these uncomfortable moments that we evolve and form new behaviours and responses to life’s stresses.

We meet on Zoom for 3 x 1 hour sessions per month for 3 months. During this time I help you to build your own bespoke toolkit for life, to help you achieve your goals and embody your intentions.

You also receive Resources including personally recorded meditations to support your specific intentions, book recommendations, podcast episodes, TED talks, papers or studies (if you’re interested in the science behind this work), articles and films.

This all builds a rich picture of how to apply mindfulness into your life for the changes you want to make - and more importantly, to keep!
