Living Mindfully group coaching

This unique mindful living group offers an open, informal, confidential, supportive and non-judgmental space to explore your experiences of life while learning proven tools to manage stress in these difficult times.

This group meets regularly to offer consistency and compassion in our uncertain and every changing life.

We are all craving connection and a dedicated space in which to share how we are, but also to top up our wellbeing toolkit. Supporting others in a skilfully facilitated space nourishes our soul and strengthens our resolve.

These group sessions take place bi-monthly. Participants are self selecting and the group is dedicated to your organisation only.
