This retreat is the ultimate chance to slow down and take that pause. To explore who you are beneath the busyness of day-to-day and listen to what you need and truly want from your life.

Change your environment for a different perspective on life, and come to this quiet and peaceful place for valuable time with the most important person in your life. You.

Through gentle exploration I’ll help you to get clarity on what makes your heart sing, what fires you up, what you want more of and what you want less of in your life.

From here I guide you to create your intentions so you know exactly what you want to improve, remove or change.

I’ll teach you a simple yet powerful mindfulness toolkit that will change the way you experience life, forever. And we make it personal to you so that you can use it in your life effortlessly - it’s not just another thing on your ‘to do’ list that feels like a chore.

This is the key to how effective this work is. The more you make these mindfulness techniques your own (with my help), the more automatic they become. So you can use these tools when difficulties arise, without even thinking about it. And over time, you even start to see difficulties differently. As mere things to attend to.

What do we do on the Retreat?

This restorative weekend includes mindfulness, yoga (optional), walks, delicious local food, quality sleep and time for deep rest in the beautiful coastal town of Denia, an UNESCO creative City of gastronomy.

This three day experience is tailored to exactly what you need. Whether that’s some peaceful time out of your busy life to restore and build some resilience or whether you want to take a closer look at an area of your life that you’d like to improve.

The time is completely yours and I create a bespoke experience to reflect this. The mindfulness techniques and tools that you’ll use will be tailored to what you need right now but they will help you to cope with any difficult situation for the rest of your life.

This is not a group Retreat

If you’re not a fan of big group settings, this is for you. Sometimes it can be overwhelming working on personal stuff with a lot of strangers. And while I do love those environments on occasion, sometimes you just want to be able to just have the space to focus on yourself and your experience, without the distraction of others. You also get my dedicated attention and all the exercises, meditations and mindfulness tools we use will be tailored to you and what you want and need. It’s a very unique experience.

Retreat Details

LOCATION

Denia, Alicante, Spain. 1 hour 15 minute drive from both Valencia and Alicante airports. A transfer can be arranged for an additional cost.

ACCOMMODATION

Guests usually stay at the Hotel Chamarel in Denia town. A boutique hotel in the old town, moments from the port and beach. Visit their website here.

MINDFULNESS

The mindfulness coaching sessions are bespoke to your needs and intentions. The weekend will include a mix of mindfulness exercises, meditations, walks in the national park, resting and walking on the beach, swimming in the sea, quiet time alone, naps, yoga, self exploration exercises, reading, eating. Other than the mindfulness coaching sessions, everything is optional and if there’s something you’re not keen on, we don’t have to do it. This is your retreat, your time, so you choose.

SUPPORT

Before you arrive we have a 1 hour zoom call to talk about what you’re looking for from this experience. I then create the mindfulness program that perfectly serves your intention.

BONUS

I offer a 1 hour zoom call, a month after the retreat has finished to support you on your journey. I will help you to integrate what you’ve learned here, and to support you with anything you’d like to fine tune as you ease back into life at home.

What’s included

  • 1:1 session on Zoom before you arrive to establish your intentions

  • Travel to and from Denia (Airport transfers can be arranged at additional cost)

  • Accommodation (guests usually stay at the Hotel Chamarel, but of course you can book wherever you like, ask me for more recommendations)

Location

Denia is a traditional Spanish coastal town with mountain views and an abundance of restaurants and activities including hiking, snorkelling, paddle boarding, diving (PADI), cycling (it’s where a lot of professional teams train) and cultural events. It is 1 hour 10 minutes drive from both Valencia and Alicante airports.
