Kate came alongside me as my coach to help me learn more about mindfulness and how to incorporate it into my life. She helped me to co-create personalized mindfulness practices that would work for me, rather than give me a cookie-cutter options. Beginning my mornings with a meditation with Kate set me on a good path for the day. I have created a nook in my office with tangible reminders of some of the insights gained during my time with her.
