Mindfulness Resources

Here are some of my favourite resources if you’re just starting out with mindfulness, or if you want to go deeper with your practices.

I am continually inspired by other people’s journey’s, it helps me to better understand how to use the power of mindfulness and its vast wisdom.

I’ve been practicing mindfulness since 2016 and there isn’t an area of my life that it hasn’t touched in a positive way. My mental wellbeing, physical health, work, my relationship, friends, myself, how I see the world around me….

Its endless applications mean you can always feel supported by it. Anywhere. At any time. That’s one of the reasons why I love it and now teach others how to use it in their lives.

Enjoy!

Kate
